	Professional Russian Translations Our translators are experienced professionals working in this area for many years. Most of them are members of local professional associations in their cities. Almost all of our translators have any special background in addition to their proficiency in languages (like technical universities, business schools, medical institutes, etc.). Our translators use special translation tools (like Trados, etc.). Editors co-operating with us are experts in the required area (engineers, computer experts, legal experts, doctors, etc.). If necessary, before the beginning of a new large project, we test our translators and select the most proper ones for the certain job to provide the best quality of our services. Our Quality Assurance System consists of 5 steps: 1) a translator translates a source text and proofs a target text; 2) the translator discusses all met problems in our translators' forum, and then makes decisions on all discussed terms; 3) an editor makes a content review (comparing the source and target files); 4) the editor makes a readability review (reading the target file carefully); 5) a proofreader reads the target file (correcting possible errors and wrong formatting).
